Tooth #3 is gone!

On Sunday night, Curtis lost tooth #3. He was pretty excited about it. The tooth fairy left $.50 in the tooth fairy bowl and he bought 2 gum balls.

I got to do my first on-location photo shoot (non family) for Darren this week. He's releasing his second CD album this month and I got to do his pictures for the liner. Here are some of my faves:

We let the chickens out for a bit then looked like a bunch of crazies trying to round them back up. Here are Karen and Curtis holding Scrambles. Candy came over to say hi and Scrambles ducked her head fast. No eggs yet but you can be sure I'll post a picture when it happens!

Making butter and cake

We had some whipping cream in the fridge and a cake mix on the counter. We combined the two. Curtis and I took turns shaking the cream to make butter then used the butter in the cake mix.
