creepy crawlies

I just had an unnerving experience. I went out to get our pool towels off the clothes line. We just toss them back up there for the next time we need them. There were 5 kinda stacked on each other. So I go to pull one off.... and there are about 50 wasps just hanging out in a fold. It's pretty cool today (well, only 81°) and they weren't active. I grabbed the can of wasp spray and soaked those suckers down. Then watched them fall. It gave me goosebumps and creeped me out!
